Yeah, I saw that one. I did a bit of Googling and found that in the USA, UK and Germany, it's only around 20%. Maybe Russians really are stupider (or, more likely, less well educated).

Of course, Fred scoffs at such overly nationalistic concepts as advertising in particular countries. World domination or bust, that's what he thinks!
