Yes yes, he's right. It's not the "Nuclear Bomb," it's the "Nuclear Device That Is Exploding." Sounds to me like a literal translation of the North Korean word for the bomb. :)

Not sure I really see the silly side to this, to be honest. Well, I suppose not having publically funded healthcare seems a bit silly to me as a Brit. But this quote seems quite reasonable, in the context of someone who wants the American system to remain unchanged.
