About this siteWho invented Who Invented Foxes, and why?Mike P (database, scripts, HTML) and John T (concept, graphic design) with a bit of help from Mhaille. Fred the Fox was created by Henri Ruukki. We can all say stupid things at times. That means all of us - if you think you don't, you probably say stupid things most of the time. There's no need to worry, most people say stupid things most of the time, so at least you'll have plenty of company. But have you ever heard someone say something so overwhelmingly, mind-numbingly, face-palmingly stupid that you felt the urge to share it with the whole world? The sort of thing that's so brain-bogglingly idiotic that you were left wondering how the person who said it has the mental capacity to carry out simple, everyday tasks such as breathing? We have, and when somebody asked us who invented foxes and why we were inspired to invent this site. Submission Guidelines
SMS SubmissionsWhereabouts were you when you heard your last cringingly daft soundbite? In the pub? On the train? In a classroom or meeting room? Waiting in a queue? At a family gathering? Wherever it was, the chances are good you had your phone with you. We run an SMS submission system, which lets you send us your contributions in a text message, no matter where you are when you hear them. Don't just laugh at it and forget about it; send it to us and we'll preserve it for the future! Log in and register your phone with us to get started. We don't charge anything for text messages; you only pay your phone provider, so it costs whatever you'd normally pay for a message to an everyday UK telephone number. If you've got free texts, then texts to us are free, too, so get sending! If the site takes off we'll try to arrange gateways in other countries too. We don't send out messages, either. You won't get any spam from us. Voting Any registered user can vote on which quotes they like or
dislike. Click on the Contact InformationIf you have any questions, suggestions or other comments, feel free to email us at webmaster@whoinventedfoxes.com, or just post in the forum, and we'll see what we can do. |
